We require 25% Deposit to start your work. After “you agree”, “we agree” and paperwork is signed and faxed or mailed to us, we start the actual design process.
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover via Paypal (no paypal account is needed).
After the design is complete we send you the watremarked version of your website till you pay the invoice. Once the payment is cleared we send you your final copy of the website.

Initial Consultation
All our services begin with free initial consultation to determine your requirements. We discuss your exact needs, desires and time frame. We complete detailed design worksheet itemizing all your requirements.

Proposal & Contract
After we are sure that all your ideas, questions and requirements have been addressed, and the website package is chosen, we go over all the expected expenses. Once you agree, you receive a formal proposal that contains all of the work you require, prices and payment schedule and contract.
Design Development
We ask you to provide examples of websites you like and colors you would love. If you want you can also have a look at our product catalog and choose website elements from there and we will include them in our webdesign.
You can choose our webtemplates or have your own pre-made (semi-finished) templates purchased.
Once you provide that information to us, usually within 3 working days, you get a draft of what your website will look like when it's completed.
At this stage, you and the designer work closely to develop a look that will be both visually pleasing and user-friendly.
Design Finalization
After the initial draft is designed, you will review it on our server. We send you a web link to view the draft and ask if you would like any changes. After necessary changes we provide you the Final draft for approval we begin the development of your site.
After receiving your final approval on the draft, we will then begin building the website and web pages, incorporating all of the content that you provide.
After the site is built, you will be able to view all pages to make sure everything is exactly how you want it and give final approval before the site goes live.
After final approval and full payment has been received, your website (zipped) will be send to you or published on the webserver with your domain (if you choose this option).
Turn around period
We will work together with you to complete the Web Design Project in a timely manner. We agree to work expeditiously to complete the Web Design, but delays can occur on approval stages or web design changes. Typically the whole process to finish a 3 or 5 page website takes about 7 days and a 6 and more page website about 10 days.
